Body Divine is a Pilates studio in Johannesburg, South Africa, run by an experienced Pilates instructor and trainer Sarah de Gidts. We offer Pilates classes from the Corenergy dance studio in the Valley Shopping Centre off Jan Smuts Ave, Craighall.
Body Divine specialises in private Pilates classes, duet classes and group classes, as well as Pilates for pregnancy and other specialised Pilates training. We regularly see clients from 14 to 65 years old, both male and female, and we’ve had great success with using Pilates to help treat individuals suffering from lower back pain.
We have recently extended our Pilates teaching to corporates. Providing in-house Pilates classes on-site at companies and organisations, we offer customised body conditioning exercises that encourage general wellness in the office environment.
