Margy‘s passion for cooking is shared with her passion for inspiring and motivating others in the joy of caring and sharing wonderful meals day after day. Cooking should not be a chore but a pleasure filled with zeal to feed, a desire to satisfy and a yearning to empower; after all we need sustenance, and what better than to seduce your family with the fabulous aromas of a home-cooked meal which sets the tone for a relaxed dining experience. My passion is to take a melting-pot of cultures from around the world and blend them to delight the senses and the palates. What we want is ‘easy to plan recipes’ and readily available ingredients to make dinner a cinch.
Each class is brimming with inspirational, seasonal recipes, with delicious ideas on everything from easy midweek suppers, weekend entertaining, and mouth-watering desserts. Any nutritionist will tell you that depriving yourself will only lead to bingeing – better to treat yourself to a small portion of something fabulous!
