TOPGEAR was established in 1995 with one client as our base and only one instructor. We have now proudly celebrated our fourteenth year in business with over 100 active clients throughout South Africa and across our borders into Africa. We currently service our clients in over 12 countries throughout Africa and specialize in the Mining Industry. We currently have 4 permanent & 10 contract instructors who offer their specific skills in training to your specialized needs. As active partners in TOPGEAR we are continually striving to ensure we offer you, our clients, the best training academy within Southern Africa. Through our ongoing efforts to improve our company we continually assess and upgrade our training courses with the latest training methodology and information available locally and internationally.
All instructors are highly experienced within the driver training field and between us have over 60 years experience. We have all been on or are currently undergoing assessor accreditation through a SETA accredited training provider. We are currently aligning our training material to the unit standards as required by TETA, wherever possible. Drivers need be made aware of the dangers and how to deal with them in a systematic and safe manner.
